We want our staff to feel confident, supported and able to continue developing their skills.
Skylark Plus provides regular staff training through a combination of online learning, external specialists, face-to-face sessions and internal workshops. This helps staff maintain and develop their knowledge and skills while ensuring training remains relevant to the needs of our students.
We also place a strong emphasis on safeguarding, reflective practice and continuous improvement across the school.
